Sarina Clark is a highly skilled and experienced CrossFit coach, dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.
As a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Sarina has a deep understanding of the CrossFit methodology and its principles. She uses her knowledge and expertise to design challenging and effective workouts that push her clients to their limits and help them build strength, endurance, and agility.
Sarina's coaching philosophy is rooted in building a strong mind-body connection, emphasizing the importance of incorporating both physical and mental fitness into training programs. She believes that CrossFit is not just a workout, but a lifestyle, and focuses on educating her clients on proper nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention.
In addition to her coaching credentials, Sarina is also an accomplished athlete, having competed in multiple regional CrossFit competitions. Her passion for the sport and dedication to her clients make her a highly sought-after coach in the fitness community.

Dan started CrossFit in 2012 and began coaching in 2014. He hasn’t stopped since and probably won’t stop. His favorite part of coaching is helping people who want to improve. Dan is a CF-L1 coach and a has a CrossFit weightlifting certification.
He loves being able to share Crossfit with his kids, who have been working out alongside him since the very beginning and are now in HIGH SCHOOL, competing in scholastic weightlifting competitions and training at the gym.
Dan continues to CrossFit because it “keeps him young” as he tries to keep up with his hot, younger wife (also a coach @239 and author of this bio 😉).
Dan credits his current 500# deadlift PR to “old man strength,” adhering to the idea that fitness is for all ages. He coaches on "Dan Time" - join an evening class to get in on this joke!
Al started CrossFit in 2014 and immediately fell in love with it. She attained L1 certification in 2015, re-certified in 2021, and has been coaching ever since.
Al loves the CrossFit 239 community and the self-focused competition: am I fitter/faster/stronger than I was last year?
Her favorite ways to utilize functional fitness are hiking, sailing, swimming, and speed-walking new cities. She ♥️ traveling!
Alex graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a degree in Human Performance and emphasis in Rehabilitation Sciences. He founded a USA Weightlifting Barbell Club in 2014, working with a diverse range of clients.
Alex is certified as an Advanced Sports Performance Coach, helping individuals achieve and surpass fitness and athletic goals. He also
worked as a Rehabilitation Technician in the Physical Therapy department at Mayo Clinic.
Alex practices a unique, comprehensive approach to fitness and health, influenced by experiences in the field of Kinesiology.
He competed at Wodapalooza in 2023.
James is CF L1 certified and Olympic Weightlifting certified.
One of his favorite things about coaching is he gets to help others achieve their fitness goals. He is happiest in the gym and around those who like to express their fitness. Through Crossfit, James has learned that he loves to compete. He has participated in many types of competitions such as 5Ks, half & full marathons; weightlifting meets, CrossFit competitions, triathlons, obstacle races and more.
James wants to share all he has learned with others and help them achieve their fitness goals.
Ryker has a BS in Exercise Physiology, is a CF LI coach and an ACE certified personal trainer.
He is also a first-time dad, a facial hair enthusiast, and known for having explosive bursts of energy at any given time.
His favorite thing about CrossFit is the community of support and friendship. The masochism is a close second.
Dave Shabaz is a CF L2 coach and USAW Level 1 coach with more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry. He also has a M.S. in Human Performance and is a USMC veteran.
He is known for his dedication to helping his clients achieve their health and fitness goals through challenging and dynamic workouts. With a passion for functional training and an emphasis on proper technique and mindset, Dave loves pushing his clients to reach their full potential.

Annia has been practicing CrossFit for more than 10 years. She loves
that an average person walks in the door not thinking they can do something and then given time and proper instruction they achieve what they once believed was unattainable. She love the look on their faces, including her own.
Coaching CrossFit has brought Annia a new respect for the methodology - Trust the Process - She hopes to inspire, educate and help people to become a stronger, healthier version of themselves inside and out.
Annia said people are always surprised to learn that she has 6 children and 3 grandchildren. She uses CrossFit as a way to stay strong for her clan, not just physically but mentally and spiritually as well
